Ambergris is an ongoing performance and recording entity that has adapted and mutated over time. Beginning in 2003, the band has performed in locations from the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles to Issue Project Room in New York. A dedication to storytelling through song and persona, as well as an interest in visual, theatrical performances have so far defined Ambergris as a project.
